Executive and supervisory board

PAL Next AG has two company boards, following the German model for publicly-held companies: A managing Executive Board, which runs the company, makes strategic decisions and pursues long-term sustainable growth of shareholder value; and a Supervisory Board, which elects, advises and supervises the Executive Board. Executive and Supervisory Boards work together closely for the benefit of the company, with the common aim of increasing long-term sustainable company value.

Stephanie Schettler-Köhler (Executive Board)

Stephanie Schettler-Köhler leads the company Executive board of PAL Next AG.

Stephanie Schettler-Köhler has been with the group of companies since 2011, holding several key positions throughout her career, including Project Manager and Authorized Signatory. Since 2014, she has played a pivotal role in managing core aspects of the operational business of PAL Next AG and its subsidiaries, successfully leading numerous projects to completion.

In 2018, she was appointed Managing Director of PANTALEON Films. In August 2021, she additionally assumed the role of Managing Director at Storybook Studios.

She began her professional career following her studies in Media Technology and Electronic Media, working as a freelance production assistant on various film productions
